Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later, at the age of 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take the time off from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card to complete the college. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals each year. By the time 2009 ended she won four additional fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel completed the first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and returned with a 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectation. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel enjoys working her back. She usually does bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. First, she warms up before progressing to her working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
