Simone Biles
Simone Biles (born on March 14, 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast considered one the sport's greatest athletes. At the 2016 Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at the same Games as well as the first gymnast to earn three consecutive World All-around championships (2013-15). Biles was raised at home in Spring Texas, in the Houston metropolitan area. She and her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone became interested in gymnastics at age six during a day-care field trip in Bannon's Gymnastix and remained there for 11 years under supervision of trainer Aimee Boorman. Biles won a gold in floor exercise and a bronze in vault at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010, before advancing to the elite level of gymnastics in the year 2011. Two years after that, Biles dominated the sport. Her consistency, her vivacious nature and high degree of challenge during her four eventsvault uneven bars balance beam floor workout and floor exercise -- set her apart.
